Luggage taken to rooms, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended and can't wait to return for the fabulous views and warm hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms with comfy beds and nice balcony view. Good WiFi and nice pool. Convenient location near shops and restaurants, with beaches within walking distance. Enjoyed the Greek breakfast and overall had a great time.

had a relaxing couple of days in Planos and Senses Tsilivi exceeded all expectations. Loved the clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Zakynthos.

Wifi had connection issues.

The hotel had a pool, a sun terrace, and a snack bar, so I felt like I was living the luxurious life of a cocktail-sipping sunbather.

Oh, just a few mosquitoes in the room, but who needs a peaceful night's sleep anyway? *insert eye roll*

We were greeted by Elena upon arrival and she made us feel right at home. She even upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was immaculate and had a beautiful view of the pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants. Elena went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth departure, even organizing a taxi for us at 5.30am. Her hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The internet signal on the island was weak, except on the beach. Additionally, there was some garbage along the roads on the island.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, especially Helena who took care of me like a mother. I met some great people and the location was perfect for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Oh, I just loved waking up to Mr Cockrell's morning serenade. Such a delightful wake-up call, I must say.

This hotel is located in the heart of a lively area with easy access to many great restaurants and shops. The best part is the hotel's proximity to a beautiful, sandy beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a great shower and air conditioning. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.

The family-owned hotel was a great find! The hospitality from the owners was impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect- within walking distance to all the amenities and the beach. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The daily breakfast had a great variety and was always fresh. The pool was clean and relaxing.

The hotel was still undergoing some renovations, but it didn't interfere with our stay. The other minor issue was the lack of parking in the area, but since the location was so great, we didn't need to use a car.

The beach was amazing, warm and calm. Great location close to the amenities and plenty of good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was delicious with different options every day. The best aspect was the clean and spacious rooms with a fridge and a hairdryer.

The stairs to the rooms were slippery and the wifi didn't work. The bathroom had a bad smell that made our stay less pleasing.

my recent stay in Planos was fantastic, but my stay at Senses Tsilivi By Zante Plaza was even better! Elena, the hostess, was incredibly kind, providing a warm welcome and a full itinerary for exploring Zakynthos Island. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hotel was spotless. I couldn't recommend this place more - truly a bundle of joy!
